Amazon + comiXology Submit Account Merge

Why do I need to start using my Amazon log-in?

We’re integrating more closely with our parent company, Amazon. Merging with your Amazon log-in will be required to continue to sell your content on comiXology. Once you merge, you’ll only need to use your Amazon log-in moving forward for Submit and also on comiXology.

What if I don’t have an Amazon login?

They’re free! You can create one at Amazon.com and then head on over to the Submit Account Merge process.

Why am I being asked to update my payment details?
If you're being prompted to update payment this likely means we cannot pay you right now based on the info we currently have. Taking care of this will ensure we can get you paid.

What happens if I don’t update my payment details?
If we can't pay you, we won’t be able to sell your book! If we aren’t able to get updated payment information from you by January 1, 2019, we’ll remove your book from the comiXology store. 

What happens if I merged the wrong account?
