How do I clear the cache in my app on iOS?

Often times, minor issues in the app can be fixed by simply clearing the cache.

- Tap Settings (in the dropdown at the top of the homescreen).
- Select "My Account."
- Triple tap on space above or below.
- Then a pop-up will appear to clear cache.

This can often fix "stuck" pages in books and other wonky behavior. If clearing the cache doesn't alleviate what you're encountering, please email us so we can troubleshoot further. support@comixology.com
